Who We Are #
LED Strip Studio is a technology company focused on one thing: making pixel LED installations that were previously impossible — possible. We design and manufacture our own hardware controllers, develop our own control software, and deploy installations ourselves in the world’s most demanding environments: live broadcast studios, touring concert stages, international talent shows, and architectural landmarks.
Our hardware — the LEC3, SPI Matrix, SPI LED Controller, REACTIVO 2, and the Symmetrizer signal infrastructure — is used by installers, integrators, and show technicians in dozens of countries. Our software, LED Strip Studio, is the control layer that ties everything together: pixel mapping, effects, HDMI video input, timeline programming, SD card export, and standalone playback without a computer on site.
Our clients #
CNN, Red Bull, F1, BMW, Ubisoft, Mercedes, Skoda, Markiza, TV JoJ, TV Nova, STVR, Orange, Volvo, Got Talent, X Factor, Samsung, Skoda, Yamaha, Volkswagen, Audi, … and al lot more.*
A Decade of Real Installations #
We did not build this technology in a lab. Every product we make came out of a real installation need. The Symmetrizer differential SPI extender exists because a TV studio needed pixel control over a 200-metre cable run. The HDMI video input feature exists because the Czechoslovakia’s Got Talent 2012 production needed a stage floor that reacted to live broadcast content in real time. The LEC3’s SD card player exists because nightclubs needed autonomous LED shows without a full-time lighting operator.
From a single TV studio backdrop to 100,000+ pixels installed in the largest broadcast studio in Central Europe, from intimate club installations to national day celebrations in Saudi Arabia — every project in this portfolio represents a real challenge solved with pixel LED technology.
Why We Built This Website #
We made this site because pixel LED technology is still widely misunderstood, underestimated, and underused.
Most people who have seen LED in a professional context have seen flat LED screens — high-density display panels used for video. That is only one application of LED technology, and arguably the least interesting one. Pixel LED strips and bars can wrap around any surface, conform to any shape, fill any space with independently controlled color and movement. They can react to audio, video, touch, and data in real time. They can be programmed once and run for years without attention, or they can be performed live like a musical instrument.
We believe that showing the world what pixel LED installations actually look like — in real studios, on real stages, in real venues — is the best way to spark ideas. A lighting designer who sees an LED floor reacting to live broadcast video might realize the same is possible for their next production. An architect who sees pixel strips integrated into a building facade might reconsider what a lighting specification can be. A club owner who sees how an entire venue transforms with addressable pixel lighting might understand why it’s worth the investment.
This website is our portfolio, our technical reference, and our argument that pixel LED technology — used well — is one of the most powerful creative and commercial tools available to anyone working with light.
