Description

The SPI Matrix can be controlled via Art-Net/sACN or DMX, or it can operate in standalone mode. The maximum number of programmable LEDs is 4,096 RGB or 3,072 RGBW—a total of 24 full Art-Net universes.

There are 4 independent SPI LED outputs available. The maximum number of RGB LEDs per output is 1024 (6 Art-Net universes per SPI output). For RGBW LEDs, it is 768.

The required input voltage is 5–24 V / 0.3 A (PCB only, without LED strips / pixels) and the maximum current is 10 A. The power connector and SPI output are standard 4-pin terminal blocks with a 5 mm pin pitch, e.g., SH04-5-GYLED.

The SPI Matrix supports most common connectors, such as RJ-45, XLR in/out, and SPI connectors for your LEDs. You’ll also find an SD card slot, DIP switches, and buttons for standalone control. The optimal SD card is a Micro SD card (FAT32, up to 32 GB).

The SPI Matrix also includes a 1-year license for the LED Strip Studio software, which you can also use to control Art-Net-compatible third-party hardware and software. If you want to upgrade the SPI Matrix to an LED Ethernet Controller, please contact our support team.
